This is a pretty cool map and flag combination of Ghana that I found was being used as a Profile picture on Facebook. Ghana is highlighted on the map of the African Continent (just above the central black star on the Flag).

Human Rights
It's important to stand up for others. My Human Rights interest, is the 'Right to a Private Life' under Article 8 of the European Human Rights Convention. An employer should not send frequent letters to an employee if a matter can be dealt with in the workplace, or approach a third party regarding that employee. Alas, these common sense behaviours are difficult for some managers to grasp.
