Human Rights
It's important to stand up for others. My Human Rights interest, is the 'Right to a Private Life' under Article 8 of the European Human Rights Convention. An employer should not send frequent letters to an employee if a matter can be dealt with in the workplace, or approach a third party regarding that employee. Alas, these common sense behaviours are difficult for some managers to grasp.
